What's all the hoopla?

Timaru District Libraries are the first libraries in New Zealand to add content streaming service hoopla digital.

With hoopla digital, patrons can now instantly read, watch and listen to more than one million titles (audiobooks, eBooks, comics, music, movies and TV) for free using their library card and password.

Patrons can access all content by downloading hoopla digital's mobile App from their App Store, or online at www.hoopladigital.co.nz

It allows patrons to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, or phone – and even your TV! Titles can be streamed immediately, or downloaded to phones or tablets for offline enjoyment later.

There are over a million titles to choose from, with more being added daily.

Technologically, hoopla digital focuses on the latest browser, phone, and tablet products to deliver the best possible experience to each public library patron.

The hoopla digital collection includes fan favourite movies, newly released albums, New York Times bestselling titles and exclusive STEAM educational content to enhance each user's experience.
