Download the hoopla digital app from your App Store to use on mobile devices or go to hoopladigital.co.nz to get started. Titles can be streamed online, or downloaded (via the app). There are more than a million titles to choose from. eAudiobooks, eBooks and Comics are available for 21-day loans, Music for 7-day loans and Movies/TV Shows for 3-day loans. You may borrow up to 20 titles a month.

To access Kanopy all you need is your library card number and your password / pin. You may borrow up to 20 titles a month and you will have 3 days in which to view each video. Access is free for library members - all you need is your library card number and your password / pin. OverDrive's easy-to-use app, called Libby, can be downloaded for iOS, Android and Windows.     Stream BWB’s award-winning books on New Zealand history and contemporary issues online. Collections available are: NZ History Collection (including Te Pouhere Kōrero Collection), Treaty of Waitangi Collection, Texts Collection, Critical Issues Collection, Women’s Studies Collection and NZ Sign Language Collection. Instructions: Go to BWB Collections, select the Collection you wish to browse, click on ‘Sign In’, type Timaru District Libraries under ‘Find Your Library’, click on ‘Find’. Then click on our library name that has appeared under ‘Find’, go down to the next box and enter your library membership number (for those with letters C, A or D these must be capitals) then click ‘Go’. You will need to do this each time you go into each collection.
